Semper Fit Boxing Gym offers comprehensive boxing classes and fitness programs for ages 7 and up, helping individuals of all skill levels achieve their fitness goals through the discipline and excitement of boxing. We're proud to introduce our new 2-month program specially designed for young athletes ages 4-6, providing age-appropriate training that builds confidence, coordination, and fundamental boxing skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Classes run Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with different levels and times available to accommodate your schedule and skill level. For those ready to take their training to the next level, we offer amateur boxing training with USA Boxing registration and an Elite team that competes at regional and national levels.
