Welcome to HeyWAGO.com (“HeyWAGO,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

HeyWAGO operates an online community and local discovery platform designed to connect people with events, businesses, organizations, destinations, communities, and other activities and resources throughout the Rio Grande Valley and surrounding areas.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access or use HeyWAGO.com, create an account, submit or interact with a listing, participate in community features, subscribe to communications, purchase products or services, participate in our affiliate or promotional programs, or otherwise interact with our websites, services, applications, progressive web applications, communications, or other services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal, depending on the payment option selected.

The payment provider’s handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.

HeyWAGO may use tools such as FluentCRM and Fluent Forms to manage contacts, forms, subscriptions, communications, and marketing automation.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication. Transactional, account, security, or other service-related communications may still be sent when necessary.

H. Push Notification Information

HeyWAGO may provide browser, web application, or mobile push notifications.

If you choose to enable notifications, information such as your device or browser subscription identifier, push token, device information, notification preferences, and interaction information may be processed to deliver and manage notifications.

We may use third-party notification providers, including OneSignal, to provide these services.

Push notifications require permission from your browser or device. You may disable them through your device, browser, or applicable notification settings.

If you choose to enable browser, web, or mobile push notifications, HeyWAGO may send notifications concerning events, businesses, community activity, messages, account activity, promotions, or other Services.

Disabling push notifications does not necessarily unsubscribe you from email or other communication channels.

18. Children's Privacy

HeyWAGO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 in violation of applicable law.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally sufficient authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

Events or businesses listed on HeyWAGO may be intended for children or families. The presence of family-oriented content does not mean that HeyWAGO’s account, community, purchasing, or submission Services are directed toward children under 13.

HeyWAGO is based in the United States and is primarily designed to serve users, businesses, organizations, and communities in the Rio Grande Valley and surrounding areas.

If you access HeyWAGO from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate.
