Serving those who served. Helping homeless veterans.

Operation Honor Bags is a Mission Lions Club service project dedicated to providing care and dignity to local veterans in need. Each bag is filled with essential items that support daily needs and show our gratitude for their service and sacrifice.

A small gift can make a big impact. Dignity, respect, hope.

What’s in each bag
Socks, underwear, t‑shirts, water, snacks, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, wet wipes, soap, and more.

We need your support
Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of veterans in our community. Your sponsorship or donation helps us assemble and distribute these bags throughout the Rio Grande Valley.

The Mission Lions Club, McAllen Palm City Lions Club, McAllen Evening Lions Club, Donna Lions Club, and Alamo Lions Club are joining forces to honor the men and women who served our nation. With your support, we can provide comfort, dignity, and hope — one backpack at a time.
